The Association for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Management is the source where thinkers and practitioners converge to provide the resources, research, training and certification for individuals and organizations to create workplaces of belonging and employee engagement.

When employees feel included, they are engaged; and when they are engaged, they are more productive and their productivity yields stronger business outcomes. Therefore, organizations cannot afford to disengage their most valuable asset: their employees. Organizations must also recognize the culture shifts that are taking place at a societal level and prepare their DEI leaders and professionals to create workplaces where employees feel safe, experience belonging and thrive in their careers. This is where NADEIM is designed to help.
