Prepare for Your Exam

Congratulations on taking the first steps toward DEIM certification. Now you are ready to begin preparing for the exam. The DEIM certification exams are based on the NADEIM Competency Model. You can best prepare for the exam by:


  1. Self-Directed Study Guide (On Demand) - Using the online guide, you will be able to study at your own pace by reviewing the sections you need most. The guide is segmented into the seven areas represented in the Competency Model and will prepare you for the exam.

  2. Competency Based Training (Virtual) - If you are looking for more direct interaction and instructor-led training, you will be able to register for NADEIM Training based on the NADEIM Competency Model. Training modules are segmented into the seven areas represented in the Competency Model and will prepare you for the exam.

Review Options & Fees

Certification candidates will select the level of certification (either DEIM-CP or DEIM-CE) most appropriate for them.

DEIM-CP Exam Fee: $350 (NADEIM Members) or $499 (Non-members)
DEIM-CE Exam Fee: $375 (NADEIM Members) or $599 (Non-members)

Exam Testing Periods

The NADEIM Certification Exam is administered twice a year in through a virtual proctored exam to maintain the integrity of the certification process. Exact times and exam instructions will be provided with your paid exam registration. Upcoming exam dates are:
