DEI Member Articles
NADEIM members are invited to submit articles for publication on DEI workplace topics that offer unique insight or in-depth analysis. Review the submission guidelines below then submit your manuscript prior to the quarterly schedule deadline to [email protected].
Submission Guidelines

Article Length
Articles should be submitted between 800-1,200 words including the title, author bio and any footnotes or references. -
Formatting
Articles should be submitted in MS Word. Use of headings to separate ideas and themes within the article is encouraged. Please do not send your submission in PDF. Please cite sources, if any, using footnote references. -
Content
Authors are encouraged to write original manuscripts of interest to professionals and leaders in organizations on various DEI topics. NADEIM receives numerous submissions. Therefore, authors are encouraged to write about specific, unique or finite angles of broader topics rather than writing about known, broad topics. Articles using best practices and/or evidence-based findings or research are preferred. Consultants and vendors may submit articles, but may not write about their product or service, nor reference any product or service. -
External Links
External links to other NADEIM articles are encouraged. External links to sponsored products, services or the author’s organization is prohibited and may disqualify an author’s submission. -
Plagiarism
NADEIM encourages ethical practice among its members therefore, plagiarism of any kind will not be tolerated and will lead to revocation of any violator’s membership. -
Permission
It is the author’s responsibility to obtain permission for any use of any copyright or trademark information referenced in the article. The author also agrees not to submit any previously published article.
